it had great rooms and location. liked the family suite and the way it was setup. loyal staff was available all the time. this hotel is equal to 4 stars.
Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

We liked location and people of this hotel. Generally service was great too. The venue was located in the very heart of the city. Bistrot de venise, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel.
